We're excited to announce our 2026 Pumpkin Picking Dates! The whole team are busy getting ready for a busy October, and we can't wait to welcome you all to the patch.
2026Dates:

Fri 9th to Sun 11th October- Open 10am till 4pm

Fri 16th to Sun 18th October- Open 10am till 4pm
-
Fri 23rd to Sat 31st October- Open 10am till 4pm every day in 1/2 term!
We have a small entrance fee of £2.50 to over 16's to cover our increased running costs. But, kids still go FREE, there's NO parking charge and NO need to book.
As always we can't wait to welcome all our wonderful pumpkin pickers to The Pumpkin Patch East Bergholt!

The Harris family can’t wait to welcome you to The Pumpkin Patch East Bergholt. Situated just off the A12 between Ipswich and Colchester, we’re quick to get to and easy to find. Not only do we have a huge range of pumpkins in all shapes, sizes and colours; we also have lots of fun things to see and do while you’re here…and best of all there is no need to book and kids go FREE!
So pop your wellies on, grab a wheelbarrow and come and pick your perfect pumpkin!
Pick Your Own Pumpkin's
Our fabulous range of gorgeous pumpkins are lovingly grown on our family farm in the Essex and Suffolk borders. We hand plant over 10,000 seeds each year and grow over 30 different varieties (...actually this year its 39...but we haven't told farmer James we sneaked in a few extra's to the order!) to ensure that you can find the perfect pumpkin to pick!
The Pumpkin Patch East Bergholt is located in the heart of the village, and we have lots to see and do while you visit us:

Fabulous place such kind staff and the children had a blast. Plenty of pumpkins and things to do and yummy cakes & drinks available too. Definitely one to visit and we will be back.
