A super simple and easy activity that's perfect for mini pumpkin pickers. It's a great way to reduce waste and help wild birds find something to eat.
Things You Need:
Left over pumpkin
String
Bird seed
Something to make holes- we used a wooden skewer
How To:
Cut your left over pumpkin in half
Put four holes in it- one in each 'side'. WARNING: it can be sharp so please be careful of little hands
Thread string through the holes (use the skewer to wiggle it through)
Bring the strings up and tie at the top
Fill with seeds and a few cheeky meal worms if you have them
Hang from a tree
Grab your binoculars and bird watching book
